Tucson Asphalt is searching for a Concrete Crew Members to join our well-established, growing company. We require that they be committed to the total team effort by contributing to adequately completing the work. 2 years of concrete form-setting or finishing experience is required. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Utilize hand tools & small power tools.
• Operate equipment (bobcat, excavator work, etc.) a plus.
• Ability to communicate with Teammates.
• Willingness to work and follow directions.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ensuring that worksites are prepared for concrete footings and assembled concrete forms in specific locations.
• Loading and unloading materials, supplies, and work tools to and from trucks and the construction site
• Ensuring that objects or equipment are in the appropriate place where they are needed.
• Breaking up or digging out old concrete before pouring new concrete
• Directing mixing truck drivers as to where to be positioned
• Ensuring safety by cleaning up the work environment and wearing the appropriate safety gear
• Restoring or waterproofing existing concrete structures using appropriate compounds and sealants.
• Assist in pouring concrete flatwork
• Assist in formsetting of concrete flatwork
• Ability to operate power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Maintaining clean tools and worksite.
